An easy, no bake Summer dessert marrying together yoghurt, cream, berries and cake! Easy to prep and perfect for a crowd!

1 cup diced fresh strawberries
1 cup fresh raspberries
1 cup fresh blueberries
3tbsp white sugar
½ cup heavy cream
1 cup natural yoghurt
2tsp vanilla extract
1 and ½ cups white cake, such as a pound cake or Madeira, sliced into ½ inch cubes
Mint leaves for garnishing, optional

1 cup fresh blueberries

½ cup heavy cream
1 cup natural yoghurt
2tsp vanilla extract
1 and ½ cups white cake, such as a pound cake or Madeira, sliced into ½ inch cubes
