A delicious make ahead, vegetarian, healthy breakfast yogurt parfait recipe that you can easily make in 15 minutes or less. It's protein packed, and it will make your future breakfasts effortless!

Honey Yogurt::
2½ cups of Greek yogurt (natural and un-sweetened)
2 tablespoons of honey
Toasted Oats:
1½ cups of rolled oats
Berries::
2½ cups of mixed of berries
1/2 tablespoon of honey
1 tablespoon of water

Honey Yogurt:

  1. Put the yogurt and the honey in a bowl, and slowly stir together until half mixed. You want little pockets of honey rippled through the yogurt.
