Homemade cream-filled coconut pie that is quick and easy to make for the whole group.

Filling
Full cream milk( divided)- 1 cup
White Sugar-2/3 cup
Butter( chopped into small pieces)- 30 gm
Corn flour ( also known as cornstarch)- ¼ cup
Coconut milk - 1½ cup
Egg Yolks - 4 ( large)
Salt - ? tsp
Vanilla extract- 1 tsp
Coconut Pie Prebaked Crust
Butter( chilled and cubed)-90-100 gm
All Purpose Flour ( not cake flour)- 1¼ cup
Iced cold water- 4 tbsp
Cold Shortening- 25 gm
Sugar- 1 tsp
Salt - ? tsp
Whipping Cream for Coconut Cream Pie
Heavy Whipping cream - 1 cup
Icing sugar- 2 tbsp
Vanilla Extract- 1 tsp
