these Best Ever Pumpkin Spiced Waffles are Vegan Gluten Free and Soy Free totally soft inside with a crispy outside! easy to customize and wayyy better than store bought!
1¼ cup vanilla almond milk PLUS 1 tsp white vinegar
2¼ cups all purpose GF flour
1½ tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
1½ tsp sugar
1 to 1½ tbsp pumpkin spice (depending on how strong you want it)
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
optional mix in:
chopped vegan chocolate chips
topping suggestions:
banana for topping or fruit of choice
maple syrup for topping
vegan butter for topping

first turn your waffle iron on so it can heat up, I put mine on high heat but read your waffle iron instructions because they all differ
