This is the best green smoothie recipe for an upset stomach! It's not only perfect for an upset tummy, it also tastes super delicious and healthy.

2 cups spinach
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup coconut water
1 cup water
1 banana
1 cup mango
1 tbsp ginger
3 tbsp greek yoghurt
pinch fennel seeds
1 tbsp lemon juice
3/4 cucumber
1 tsp fresh mint
  • Blend the leafy green (spinach in this case) along with the liquid first. This way we make sure that there's no yucky spinach blobs in your smoothie.
