As you already know we like Italian cuisine, especially all Italian cheeses. In this Best Homemade Cheesy Italian Sandwiches recipe we added as many kinds of cheese as we could.

4 tablespoons ricotta cheese
2-3 medium-size white mushrooms
4 slices Provolone cheese(Italian cheese from Vesuvius region)
3 tablespoons homemade roasted eggplant pepper spread
2 teaspoons grated Pecorino cheese

French Dip Sandwiches are a delicious and easy dinner when you are busy! The roast beef is slow cooked all day in your crock pot so it's falling apart tender when you pile it high in your toasted hoagie roll with melted provolone cheese. Don't forget to dunk it in the salty au jus to finish it off.

4 lb chuck roast
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp olive oil
1.25 oz au jus mix
12 oz beer
3 tbsp butter
1/4 tsp garlic powder
12 slices provolone cheese
8 hoagie rolls
1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
