4 medium eggplant
2 onion
1 tomato
2 tsp red chili powder
Turmeric powder
Asafoetida
1 tsp jaggery

2 tbsp Roasted peanut Oil

For Masala::
2 tbsp Dry Coconut
1 tbsp Sesame seeds
1 tbsp Cumin seeds
10 Cloves of garlic
1/2 cup coriander leaves
