Tall, cake-like pancakes with sprinkles, perfect for birthday mornings!

1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
3 T. sugar
1 T. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
3 T. unsalted butter, melted and cooled a bit
1/2 c. skim milk
1/2 c. full-fat sour cream
2 eggs
