Biscoff Oatmeal Cookies

I love Biscoff cookies! My husband loves peanut butter and I prefer oatmeal. To appease both of us I made up a batch of these cookies. They are chewy from the oatmeal and have the wonderful sugar coating like a peanut butter cookie. They taste like the heavenly Biscoff cookies you get flying on Delta. Anyway you look at it they are fabulous.

1/2 cup Biscoff spread
1/2 cup softened butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 cups flour
1 cup quick oats
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/4 cup granulated sugar
