Black and Blue Cajun Burger

Black And Blue Cajun Burger- this all beef burger is thick and juicy and is combined with a blend of seasoning to give it that blackened taste. A blue cheese remoulade and crunchy kettle chips top it off!

!For the burgers:
2 lb ground beef
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons oregano
1 teaspoon cumin
2 teaspoons pepper
1 teaspoons cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon chili powder
2 cloves garlic, minced

!For the remoulade
½ cup mayo
½ teaspoon stone ground mustard
½ teaspoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

This crispy fried chicken sandwich recipe is better than Chik-Fil-A, Popeye's or McDonald's! 1/2 c milk
1/2 c dill pickle juice
2 c all purpose flour
2 T confectioners sugar
2 t baking powder
2 t paprika
2 t kosher salt
1/2 t black pepper
1/2 t garlic powder
1/4 t onion powder
