2 tbsp Sesame oil
2 Large boneless chicken breasts
3 cups Broccoli florets
3 Celery Sticks ( sliced )
1 large Onion ( sliced )
1 large Red Pepper ( julienned )
1 Green Pepper ( julienned )
SAUCE:
1/2 cup Oyster sauce
1 tsp Corn starch
1/4 cup Water
3 tsp black pepper
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Rice vinegar
4 cloves Garlic ( minced )
1 tbsp Fresh Ginger Root or 1/2 tsp ground ginger
salt ( to taste )
