Black Pepper Crab Sauce Recipe by Diaz Octa

Not always will be a handful of crab processing. The recipe:

Ingredients:
    • 3 crabs
    • 2 tablespoons of black pepper powder
    • 3 leeks
    • soy sauce
    • oyster sauce
    • cayenne pepper (if you like spicy)
    • ginger to taste
    • sugar and salt to taste
    • sesame oil
    • minced garlic
    • thinly sliced ??onions
    • cornstarch
    • 150 ml broth
    • cooking oil
How to make: 1.Wash crabs, can be brushed if necessary, then coat lime juice and let stand about 15 minutes. Wash again. 2.Fry the crab until it changes color and cooked, set aside. 3.Saute onion and garlic until fragrant, then enter the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, ginger and black pepper 4.Stir briefly, then add a little water, add sugar and salt. Cook until boiling 5.Put crab stir to allow the flavors evenly, so that the marinade seep lid. Cook about 10 minutes, then serve.

I love it because it's great for a holiday dinner. Everyone raves and it get devoured in no time. But, it's also perfect for busy weeknights. You can easily assemble this casserole ahead of time and stash it in the fridge until you're ready to eat it. Then just bake it off. 30 minutes and done!
