Healthy Tasty way to start the day!

1 2/3 cups oats before grinding
2/3 plus 1/2 cup AP flour
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp each of Baking Powder and Baking Soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup Chobani Vanilla Greek Yogurt
2 eggs
1 cup Fresh Blackberries halved. {if you use frozen be sure to drain very well first}
1/8 cup each of sugar and whole oats for sprinkling
