Blackberry Trifle

A gorgeously impressive layered dessert with loads of graham crackers, fresh blackberries, a creamy concoction, and citrus lime flavors. You'll want to lick the bowl clean!

1/4 c. sugar
1 T grated lime zest + 1 c lime juice (8 limes) + 5 limes sliced (1/8 inch thick)
8 oz cream cheese softened
1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 c instant vanilla pudding mix, dry
1 teaspoon vanilla
12 whole graham crackers broken in half
1 recipe sweetened whip cream (recipe below)
6 cups fresh blackberries

Sweetened Whipped Cream:

2 cups heavy cream
5 heaping tablespoons powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

2 cloves garlic
2 15.5 oz cans diced tomatoes
1 T sugar
2 t fresh thyme leaves
1 dried bay leaf
