Blackcurrant Pancakes (Oladi)

Let's cook delicious and bold pancakes with baked yoghurt and blackcurrent. You can use either fresh or frozen berries (unfreeze them in advance). The pancakes turn to be sweet enough and very flavoured due to cinnamon. The blackcurrant gives pleasant slightly sour taste making them especially tasty. Additionally to them, you can serve sour cream, honey, different sauce or topping.

250 ml. Baked yogurt
100 g. Whole wheat flour
1 Egg
70 g. Blackcurrant
75 g. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Dough loosener
pinch Ground cinnamon
100 ml. Refined oil

In a bowl mix sugar, dough loosener and ground cinnamon. Add one egg to the mixture.

Whisk egg with sugar.

Then pour some baked yogurt of room temperature into the mixture.
