This Blackened Cod with Garlic Yogurt Aioli is possibly one of the best yet easiest cod dishes I have ever tasted. Loaded with an insane amount of flavor, super easy to make and on the table in under 30 minutes. This dish is naturally gluten-free and very healthy.

FOR THE GARLIC YOGURT AIOLI::
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 clove garlic
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
pinch sea salt
pinch black pepper
FOR THE BLACKENED COD::
2 7-ounce cod fillets
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp sweet smoked Spanish paprika
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
pinch sea salt
pinch black pepper
