1 HEAD Bibb Lettuce
1/4 cup Queso Fresco
1 Avacado ( peeled, pitted, and diced )
1 Jalapeno ( seeds removed and sliced )
2 Radish ( shaved )
Lime ( to serve )
Cilantro ( to garnish )
Pickled Onions:
1 Red Onion ( julienned )
1/2 cup Red Wine Vinegar
1/2 cup Stevia
1/2 cup Water
Pickled Carrots:
1 Carrot
1 Bay Leaf
1/4 tsp. Coriander Seed
1/2 cup Rice Wine Vinegar
1/2 cup Stevia
Blackening Seasoning:
3 tsp. Paprika
1/2 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp. Stevia
1 tsp. Black Pepper
1 1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Oregano
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
2 tsp. Onion Powder
