BLT Bucatini pasta salad is a nice change in your summer pasta salad rotation! Filled with bacon, lettuce (or spinach, in this case), tomato, and a quick and easy sundried tomato sauce, its full of flavor and feeds a crowd!

1 pound bucatini
2-3 handfuls baby spinach
12-15 cherry tomatoes one regular-sized container
1/2 pound bacon fried, chopped, and grease reserved
1/2 cup mayo
1 tablespoon sun dried tomato & basil spread
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
2 teaspoons bacon grease
1/2 cup Parmigiano Reggiano
