Blue Cheese Sauce

A delicious and oh so easy Blue Cheese Sauce to top cuts of beef!

2 T butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
4 oz. Blue Cheese, crumbled
In sauce pan over medium-high heat, melt butter. Stir in heavy cream and bring to simmer. Add in crumbled Blue Cheese and stir to combine, turn heat to low and allow to thicken 1-2 minutes. Serve over beef.
