Blueberry and Strawberry Baked Oatmeal

1 3/4 cups old fashioned rolled oats
1/4 + 2 tbsp oat flour*, divided
1/4 cup ground flax, divided
1/2 cup pecans
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 heaping cup chopped strawberries
2 cups blueberries (we used some we had picked in June and then froze - don't thaw if using frozen berries)
1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
2 cups almond milk (we used unsweetened vanilla)
1 large banana, mashed
2 tbsp strawberry jam
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp vanilla extract

*Put a little less than 1/2 cup rolled oats in a food processor or spice grinder. Process until smooth, measure out 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp for recipe
Heat oven to 375 F and lightly grease an 8x8 or 9x9 glass...
