Fresh blueberries, balsamic mayonnaise, arugula, prosciutto, and melted goat cheese.

2 slices bread (a good thick kind)
1 to 2 tsp olive oil
1 Tbsp goat cheese
¼ cup fresh arugula
¼ cup fresh blueberries
2 slices prosciutto
1 slice mellow white cheese (like havarti or mozzarella)
1 Tbsp light mayo
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp honey
1 to 2 tsp olive oil
1 Tbsp goat cheese
¼ cup fresh arugula
¼ cup fresh blueberries
2 slices prosciutto
1 slice mellow white cheese (like havarti or mozzarella)
1 Tbsp light mayo
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp honey
Mix together all sauce ingredients.
Lightly spread olive oil onto outward facing side of each piece of bread.
