Oatmeals are great for all of you who are in a hurry. This Blueberry Coconut Oatmeal is a real delight, fruity, sweet, and yummy. :)

OATMEAL:
(1.4 oz) frozen blueberries
5 tablespoons ground rolled oats
6.8 fl oz non-dairy milk or water
1 teaspoon of maple syrup
TOPPING:
1 tablespoon coconut flakes
7 frozen blueberries
  • In a small size saucepan, add oats, non-dairy milk (or water), and maple syrup (or honey) and bring to boil. Stir constantly until the mixture starts to thicken.
