These Blueberry Granola Oatmeal Muffins are packed with hearty oats, fresh blueberries, and topped with sweet granola!

3 cups old-fashioned oats
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
1 3/4 cups milk, any kind (I used vanilla almond milk)
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 cup Quaker® Real Medleys SuperGrains Blueberry Pecan Granola
