There's nothing better than a warm homemade blueberry muffin slathered with salted butter. Make sure you let the butter melt a bit before taking a bite.

For the Muffins:
1 3/4 cup flour
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/3 cup butter
3/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 large egg
1 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
For the Topping:
1 tablespoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 3/4 cup flour
