Delicious breakfast cake topped with blueberries and streusel.

2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup cold butter
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen
