1 T baking powder
1/2 t baking soda
1/4 t salt
1/4 t ground nutmeg
1 c salted butter
1 1/3 c granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 t vanilla extract
1 c sour cream
1/2 c whole milk
1.5 c fresh blueberries ( tossed with 1 T flour )
