This Blueberry Cheesecake Stuffed French Toast is filled with a sweet cream cheese mixture and then cooked until golden!

1 (8 ounce) block Dutch Farms cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup blueberry preserves
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
FRENCH TOAST BASE:
4 eggs
1 cup milk (any kind)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Pinch of salt
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
8 slices thick bread, such as Texas toast
3 tablespoons butter
