These Blueberry Vanilla muffins are packs with healthy ingredients. You can swap the blueberries for whatever berry happens to be in season, or use your favorite frozen berry too!

1 cup white whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 packet vanilla pudding mix
1 cup Splenda, Stevia or any zero-calorie sweetener
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp vanilla
1/2 cup applesauce
1 egg white
