Booster Rainbow Salad

This rainbow salad is so good in all the ways and a real energy booster!
It goes very well with boiled eggs, tuna or even both or on its own. It can easily accompany a BBQ or any cooked meat.

1/2 large red cabbage
1 red onions
1 pepper red or yellow
200 g broccoli sprouts
1 medium cucumber
250 g cherry tomatoes
4 sticks celery
2 carrots
2 beetroots grated, raw
1 large lemon juice
2 tuna fish (canned) optional
4 eggs (boiled) optional
dill to taste
parsley to taste
salt to taste
pepper to taste
