2 cups water (to soak)
For the Meat
3 tbsp oil
1 cup chopped onion
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp green chilli paste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
Coriander leaves
1/2 cup mint leaves
250 g minced meat
2 cups water
to taste Salt
1 cup curd
1 cup green grams
2 tbsp lime juice
For Biryani
1/4 fried onion
Coriander leaves
Mint leaves
2 tbsp ghee
1 cup Rice
2 cups water (to soak)
