These delicious flautas, or taquitos, are filled with braised Fullblood Wagyu chuck steak, shredded cheese, onions, poblano peppers, and an array of spices. Dip the flautas in the avocado cream, and top them with salsa fresca! This recipe is perfect for dinner or as an appetizer when hosting friends and family!

2 tbsp. Grapeseed Oil
1 Sweet Onion ( julienned )
2 Poblano Peppers ( julienned )
2 tbsp. Ground Cumin
2 tbsp. Ground Coriander
2 tbsp. Ancho Chile Powder
6 cups Beef Stock
16 6-Inch Flour Tortillas
1 Egg ( whisked )
16 oz. Shredded Jack Cheese
