Bread crumbed chicken

Chicken pieces - two half breasts and six thighs
1/2 Cup Butter
2 Cups Fresh Bread Crumbs
1./4 tsp. pepper
4 Tbsp. parsley flakes
3 tsp. garlic salt

Mix bread crumbs with seasonings. Dip skinned and washed chicken pieces in melted butter. Roll chicken pieces in bread crumbs and seasonings. Bake in pre-heated 350 degree oven for about 1 hour.
