141

If you love restaurant seafood, but want to save a little money and stay in, this is the recipe for you.

4
2 lobster tailes
4 tbsp. butter, melted, plus more fore dipping
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1. Heat the broiled on high or 500 2. To prepare lobster tails, with a pair of good kitchen shears, cut a slit down the back of the tail, starting at the opening and ending just above the fan part of the tail. 3. Carefully, with your fingers, gently pry the tail open and separate the meat from the shell, leaving it attached at the fan. When you have separated it to the fan, pull the meat o, through the slit you cut in the tail, and place the meat on top. Rinse it off with water to ensure there are no shell fragments on the meat. 4. In a small bowl, combine butter, paprika, garlic powder, and pepper until mixed throughout. 5. Place tails on a baking sheet, and pour or brush the butter mixture over them. Broil the tails until done. A good time reference is 1 1/2 minutes per ounce of meat so the time will vary depending on the size of the tail. 6. When done, remove immediately and plate. Serve with butter for dipping and a lemon wedge to sprinkle on top.
