Cupcakes
1¾ cups all purpose flour
1 cup + 3 tbsp sugar
½ cup cocoa powder
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
10 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
? cup oil
? cup buttermilk
? cup cold coffee
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
Chocolate Pudding
1 cup milk
? cup brown sugar
2½ oz dark chocolate
2 tbsp + 1 tsp cornstarch or arrowroot starch
2 tsp instant coffee
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
Swiss Meringue
4 egg whites
1 cup sugar
½ tsp cream of tartar
Additional Toppings
mini chocolate chips

2 cups cold heavy whipping cream
3 heaping tbsp powdered sugar
