1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 cup panic
1 package onion soup mix
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 egg ( beaten )
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
