Browned Butter Banana Bread Brownies- oh my! You won’t believe how deliciously melt-in-your-mouth wonderful they are !!

1 1/2 C sugar

1 C light sour cream

1/4 C butter, browned on the stove

1 whole egg and 2 egg whites (to reduce fat/cholesterol)

3-4 ripe bananas

2 tsp vanilla

2 C flour

1 tsp baking soda

3/4 tsp sea salt

1/2 C chopped walnuts, optional
