Browned Butter Blondies

The browned butter gives these blondies a new delicious flavor that you won't be able to get enough of.

3/4 C. butter
1 1/2 C. packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 1/2 C. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 C. coarsely chopped pecans, toasted
1 C. white chocolate chips
