This delicious frittata was whipped up in my kitchen using some local produce. IT was part of a recent brunch that made for excellent left overs. A great way to use up some of those veggies!

1 bunch kale
3-4 garlic scapes
3-4 links of breakfast sausage, chopped
8 eggs
1/4 cup of milk
2/3 cups feta cheese
salt, pepper, seasoned salt to taste
1-2 tbsp olive oil
