24 oz brussels sprouts
2 1/2 tbsp olive oil
2 shallots
4 garlic cloves
3/4 tsp salt
1 cashew mozzarella recipe
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp dried thyme
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tbsp nooch

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Toss the brussels sprouts in a baking dish with about 1/2 tbsp olive oil, enough to lightly coat. Bake for about 10-11 minutes, until just starting to get tender....
