1 pound Brussels sprouts ( roots trimmed, halved )
Kosher or sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Set a large sauté pan over high heat. Add oil and Brussels sprouts and season well with salt and pepper. Don't move the pan for 5 minutes, for light browning.
