BRUSSELS SPROUT GRATIN with BACON is the ultimate holiday side dish! Who can resist brussels sprouts when sprinkled with bacon and SO MUCH CHEESE!

• 1 1/2 pounds brussels sprouts, trimmed and cut in half lengthwise
• 3 tablespoons salted butter
• 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
