Delicious buckwheat pancakes with juice pulp. A great way to use your leftover pulp if you are juicing. And don\'t worry if you don\\\'t have a juicer. You can instead use grated vegetables or fruits and that to your pancake batter. An easy way to make your pancakes more healthy.

1/2 cup buckwheat flour
3/4 cup spelt flour
5 eggs
2/3 cup juice pulp (or grated vegetables/fruits)
200 ml milk of your choice
2 tablespoons almond butter
1 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
