Buffalo Chicken Soup

Buffalo sauce, chicken celery, and even blue cheese are all present in this easy to make Chicken Buffalo Soup

¼ cup butter
1 cup frozen onion, celery and pepper mix
¼ cup flour
2 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano
¼ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon salt
7 cups chicken broth (I used Simple Truth)
2 cups whole milk
½ cup Buffalo Wing Sauce (I used Kroger Store Brand mild)
2 cups shredded chicken
