Its a healthier version of everyone's favourite butter chicken. Chicken is the best lean protein. Garlic contains useful minerals such as phosphorous, calcium, and iron, as well as trace minerals like iodine, sulfur, and chlorine. They are rich in phytophenols and flavanoids.

75 grams chicken ( Chicken breast cut into bite-sized chunks )
1 Onion ( minced )
1/4 cup Tomato puree
2-4 Minced Garlic
1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
1/4 tbsp Tandoori masala
1/4 cup Curd
1 tsp Coriander leaves ( chopped )
Salt ( as per taste )
Pepper powder ( as per taste )
1/2 tsp Butter
1/2 tsp Oil

Step 1preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
