Butter Chicken is one of the favorite Indian dishes. It is a full flavored dish that complements the chicken well. It can be made as mild or spicy.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup tandoori chicken
3 tbsp. freedom healthy oil
200 grams tomato puree
2 tbsp. ginger garlic paste
1/2 cup cream
1 cup milk
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tbsp. jeera powder
1/2 tbsp. dhaniya powder
1/2 tbsp. kasuri methi powder
1 tbsp. kashmiri lal mirch
1/2 tbsp. garam masala
to taste salt

1.De-bone the tandoori chicken and shred in small pieces.

2.In a kadhai, heat oil, add ginger garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
