I am eternally grateful to Cookies and Cups for creating this amazing recipe! Ever since Camille introduced me to her fabulous Cake Batter Blondies, I have been blondie crazy (Literally, crazy. To the point where I dream about them!). These were simple and soooooo good!

1 cup butter
1 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp coarse sea salt
2 cups coarsely chopped Butterfinger Bars (approx 16 “Fun Size” bars)

8 oz Kimchi
5 oz Tofu ( drained and minced )
6 oz Mung Bean Sprouts ( minced )
1/2 cup Red Onion ( diced )
1/2 cup Green Onion ( minced )
3 Garlic Cloves ( minced )
1 1/2 tsp Ginger ( minced )
2 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
1 1/2 tbsp Soy Sauce
Assembly:
1 Package Gyoza Dumpling Wrappers ( round )
1 Egg ( for egg wash )
1 tbsp Water ( for egg wash )
Dipping Sauce:
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1/2 cup Mirin
2 tbsp Garlic Chile Paste

FIRST STEP
