So much more than your average dinner roll!

1 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 teaspoon salt
2 1/4 teaspoon yeast
3 beaten eggs (beaten)
4 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup butter
1. Combine the milk, sugar, 1/2 cup butter and salt in a saucepan. Scald the milk mixture by heating slowly until the butter has just melted. Cool to lukewarm. 2. Add the yeast and stir well. 3. Add eggs and mix using electric hand mixer. 4. Add flour and mix until combined. 5. Pour onto a floured surface. Knead until you have a soft dough. The dough will still be slightly sticky; do not over-knead! 6. Place dough into a greased bowl. Cover and allow to rise until doubled, about 1 hour. 7. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Divide dough into 3 balls. Roll each ball out into a circle. 8. Spread butter over the rolled out dough (about 1/4 cup per dough ball, but be generous!). 9. Using a pizza cutter, cut the dough into pizza slice shaped wedges. Roll each wedge starting from the long side. 10. Place rolls onto a greased cookie sheet and allow to rise for 30 minutes. 11. Bake rolls for 8-12 minutes, or until the top is lightly browned. 12. Enjoy! These freeze well, so make in bulk and freeze for future events!
