Yummy rusks to eat with a huge cup of coffee.

1.5kg self raising flour
3ml salt
cream of tartar
500g margarine
350g sugar
500 ml buttermilk
Sieve all the dry ingredients together. Melt butter and sugar togehter and mix together with the buttermilk into the dry ingredients. put into rusk pan and bake for 1 hour in an 180°C pre-heated oven. Let it cool down before cutting it. Dry out in oven of 50°C over night.
