350g sugar
500 ml buttermilk

Sieve all the dry ingredients together.
Melt butter and sugar togehter and mix together with the buttermilk into the dry ingredients. put into rusk pan and bake for 1 hour in an 180°C pre-heated oven. Let it cool down before cutting it. Dry out in oven of 50°C over night.
