Sweet butternut squash simmered and pureed into a delicious creamy soup.

•1 butternut squash (peeled, seeded and cubed)
•1 large onion, chopped
•1 apple (peeled, cored and chopped)
•1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
•1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
•3 cups chicken stock
•1/2 cup cream
•salt and pepper to taste
