Butterscotch Peanut Butter Cookie Bars

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter ( softened I use salted )
1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
3 large eggs
2 cups quick oats
2 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup mini chocolate chips
1 bag ( 12 oz butterscotch chips )
